K2A was the first company in the world to have its share classified as green. Today, 99% of our investments and 76% of our revenues are green, in line with our Green Equity Framework.
Our vision is to be Sweden’s most sustainable real estate company. That’s why we build with Swedish timber, certify all newly produced homes, invest in climate-smart technology, and create vibrant, safe residential areas.
