Attractive Employer
K2A aims to be a safe, inclusive, and development-oriented workplace. Guided by clear values, we foster a rewarding and sustainable working life – together. We want our employees to thrive and grow with K2A.
K2A doesn’t just build sustainable housing – we also build a sustainable work culture. With a responsive, entrepreneurial organization and strong values, we offer an environment where employees can grow, contribute, and feel at home. For investors, this means a solid foundation for long-term success – because motivated and skilled employees are essential to value creation.
A Strong Culture with Clear Direction
K2A’s corporate culture is built on our core values: customer focus, innovation, and long-term thinking. We are a small and close-knit organization where every employee’s contribution matters. This fosters a culture that encourages initiative, responsibility, and innovation. Our management structure is flat, and decision-making paths are short – enabling agility and engagement throughout the company.
Every employee has an individual development plan and access to continuous training. A new employee survey in 2024 confirmed continued high levels of satisfaction and pride among staff. Our eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) reached +21 – considered “very good”.
Health, Wellbeing and a Positive Work Environment
We take a structured approach to both physical and psychosocial work environments. Regular employee dialogues form the basis for concrete actions integrated into our business planning. K2A offers wellness subsidies, team-building activities, private health insurance for employees of the parent company, and an improvement group that drives workplace enhancements based on employee input.
We know that healthy employees contribute to stronger results and lower turnover – which is why we prioritize health and balance.
Equality and Inclusion
K2A has zero tolerance for discrimination and actively promotes an inclusive culture. We have an internal working group focused on diversity and equality, clear policies, and a whistleblower system – with no reported incidents in 2024. Our goal is a gender distribution in which at least 40% of employees and leaders are women and 40% are men.
A Workplace for the Next Generation
K2A is committed to offering young professionals a pathway into the real estate industry. Through internships, mentoring, and the opportunity for continued employment after graduation, we help build future talent. Several of our current employees started as interns.
Just as we offer young people a way into the housing market, we want to offer them a place to grow professionally – in a company that combines commercial performance with social responsibility.
