On 21 May 2021, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority approved K2A’s application to prepare an unsecured Medium Term Note programme with a financing framework of SEK 3 billion. Under the MTN programme, K2A can issue senior unsecured bonds in SEK or EUR with maturities of more than one year without needing to prepare a new prospectus for each separate issue. The Prospectus was updated on 20 May, 2022 and on 28 April, 2023.
