The award is presented by Sweden Green Building Council and the winner will be announced on October 27th. The other nominee for the award is Görel Hällqvist, Business Area Manager at Sveafastigheter Bostad.
K2A – the green real estate company – was founded in 2013 and in 2020 the company became first in the world to have its shares classified as green. K2A constructs and manages Nordic Swan Ecolabelled rental apartments in timber and has the real estate sector’s most ambitious climate target. The company’s entire value chain to be climate positive by 2027.
