K2A is a modern version of the old fashioned master mason who built high-quality apartments with care, because it pays off in the long run. We build Nordic Swan Ecolabelled buildings from Swedish wood – a renewable material that is used efficiently in an industrial process. We are proud to nurture and develop our position as The Green Real Estate Company, by assuming responsibility all the way from nature’s own production to management of the finished apartments.
